Reservation
The Reservation Agreement lets any individual or company reserve a position and location within the Padden Parkway Business Park. This reservation is available for all buildings that consist of Retail, Professional Office, Medical, and Light Manufacturing Flex Space.
The developer has gained site plan approval from the Clark County Community Development. When the Developer has finalized remaining tasks with any and all governing agencies, the prices will be determined and a reservation agreement will convert to a Purchase and Sale Agreement or a Lease Agreement, which ever is applicable to the Individuals and/or Companies needs.
To hold a reservation, a check in the amount of $5000.00 made payable to Ticor Title, will be deposited in an interest bearing escrow account. This deposit is fully refundable with interest if the buyer and/or lessee determines not to go forward within 10 days of a notice that will be sent at the time prices are set.
