Project Overview

Padden Parkway Business Park is an approximate 276,000 SF Master Designed project offering build to suit buildings for sale or lease.  Each building is designed for maximum efficiency including certification of LEED Environmental Standards (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). This Business Park will provide a quality corporate environment central to Clark County’s emerging business district.
